Baltpool UAB, the operator of the Energy Resources Exchange, informs that due to the disruption of the Electronic Trading System (hereinafter referred to as the “ETC”) on 19-12-2023 at 11:44, the auction has not been completed. The disruption has been identified, but in the event of a recurrence of the same outage of server service providers, in accordance with point 3.4.3 of the Energy Exchange Regulation, please be informed that the auction will be extended in accordance with the previous orders placed by 19-12-2023 at 11:44 (inclusively) and will be carried out 20-12-2023 (Wednesday) from 11:30 to 12:00.
IMPORTANT! All submitted orders are valid until 2023-12-20, but if the Seller informs the Operator by email before 2023-12-20 at 10:00, the sell order submitted by the Seller may be cancelled. It should be noted that no new sell orders can be submitted.
Accordingly, trading on the auction will take place on 20-12-2023 in the following order:

| 12:00 – 13:00 | Time interval for presenting participant claims concerning preliminary results of trade |
| 13:00 – 16:30 | Time interval for considering participant claims by the Operator |
