1. How can I become a registered participant of the RED BP system?
To receive logins to the system, a new participant needs to fill in the participant registration form data here.
After correctly filling out the registration form, within 2 days you will receive a contract for signing.
After signing the contract, you will receive a login link, which you will need to activate within 24 hours and change your password.
Registered users log in to the system here.
2. Who must submit a declaration of primary acquisition of raw materials?
- Declarations are always submitted by the person who has concluded a contract with the primary owner of the raw material;
- If the primary owner of the raw material coincides with the acquirer, this is noted accordingly in the declaration;
- In the wood processing industry, the primary owner of the raw material is considered to be the person whose wood processing industry enterprise generated by-products (residues);
- If the completed transaction was certified, the certified wood declaration type is completed, in which it is not necessary to provide data up to the primary owner of the raw material.
