Notes:

1. The following data of the primary owners of the raw material must be provided:

• In the case of a legal entity: name and legal entity code.
• In the case of a natural person: first name and surname, date of birth and e-mail address or telephone number.

2. A copy of the felling permit does not need to be submitted in the following cases:

• When the primary owner of the raw materials is the State Forest Enterprise. In such a case, the data of the contract with the State Forest Enterprise shall be submitted instead of the felling permit: date, number and regional unit of the State Forest Management Company.
• When the RED BP system finds a felling permit in the felling permit database of the relevant state.

3. It is applied in cases where the price of raw materials is higher than the price of firewood contracts published by the Operator for the month preceding the month of the accounting document. The standard form of the declaration is published on the Operator’s website.

4. In cases where the plot contained trees with a diameter of at least 12 cm at a height of 1.3 m in the urban area or 20 cm in non-urban areas in Lithuania; 20 cm in Latvia, the declaration must be accompanied by a permit from the responsible authority to clear bushes and trees growing spontaneously on the plot.

5. In cases where the plot falls within the territories specified in Article 29(2)-(5) of Directive (EU) 2018/2001, the declaration must be accompanied by a permit from the responsible authority to clear bushes and trees growing spontaneously on the plot.

6. Accounting document a copy of the declaration and, in the case of declarations of forest land and agricultural raw materials, it is not necessary to indicate the price of raw materials in the declaration in cases where the Participant chooses to submit an independent auditor’s report instead of accounting documents in the cases and according to the procedure set out in Section XIV of the Rules.
