RED BP scheme participants who, when submitting their declarations in the RED BP system, indicated that they would not submit a copy of the accounting document and undertook to submit an independent auditor’s report by the task prepared by the Operator must do so by May 31 of the following year (e.g., when declaring data for 2023, the report prepared by independent auditors must be submitted by May 31, 2024).

The official audit assignment for independent auditors has now been published and can be accessed here: EN language version / LV language version.
The file that you need to submit to your auditor for review can be downloaded from the RED BP system under the “External audit task” menu.

Once you receive the independent auditor’s report, it must be uploaded to the RED BP system (electronically signed) in the same “External audit task” section, using the designated upload field.
