ETTS user registration

Trade in raw timber and timber harvesting residues produced in State-owned forests (hereinafter Timber) is implemented via the Electronic Timber Trading System (hereinafter the ETTS). Starting from 1 January 2018, the ETTS is administered by BALTPOOL UAB (Resolution No. 1092 “Regarding appointment of the administrator of the electronic timber trading system” of 20 December 2017 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania).

To become a participant of the ETTS, an applicant must submit the following documents:

  • Filled in ETTS participant questionnaire;
  • Extract of the main data from the Register of Legal Entities about the applicant legal entity;
  • Copy of an ID document of the representative of the legal entity /natural person. The ID document copy not required, if the ETTS participant questionnaire is signed by the natural person/representative of the legal entity with a qualified electronic signature, enabling the identification of the respective person).

By submitting the ETTS participant questionnaire, the person unconditionally confirms that he has appropriately familiarised itself with the ETTS Conditions of Use  and that he agrees to abide by them.

On receipt of application documents the Administrator will, within 5 business days from the date of receipt, confirm the applicant registration and send him the ETTS login details to the e-mail specified in the ETTS participant questionnaire.

The ETTS is  accessible at https://emps.www.baltpool.eu.

Please be informed that, starting from 1 January 2018 participants will not be able to login to the ETTS via the E-Government Gateway. Participants who used this method of login to the ETTS must update their registration data by submitting the ETTS participant questionnaire and other documents (their copies) listed above .
