We have updated the biomass raw material declaration form in the RED BP system

We have updated the biomass raw material declaration form in the RED BP system and introduced a new step-by-step guide. The new declaration guide helps you complete and submit declarations more easily and quickly, ensuring a smooth process.

Until 1 January 2026, you will see two declaration options when logged in to the RED BP system:

• “New declaration (new form)” – the declaration is completed using the new form with the step-by-step guide
• “New declaration (old form)” – the declaration is completed using the old form without the guide

From 1 January 2026, the old declaration form will no longer be available. We encourage you to start using the new and more convenient process and try out the guide.
