BIOMASS PRICES FOR THE UPCOMING SUMMER SEASON: STARTING FROM 9.03 EUR/MWh

The lowest biomass price contract yet has been concluded at this week’s BALTPOOL Exchange auction (held on 14th March 2017). In line with the contract mentioned 90 714 MWh of biomass shall be supplied to Vilnius County located buyer throughout the period April-August 2017 for a price of only 9.03 EUR/MWh.
Whereas the actual weighted average summer season 2016 biomass price in Vilnius County amounted to 9.52 EUR/MWh.
