New RED BP Scheme Service – Priority Raw Material Declarations Verification

In response to the needs of some participants for faster verification of raw material declarations, we are introducing a new service: priority verification of raw material declarations within 3 business days from the date of submission or revision (if applicable). Please note that expedited verification is not required for all – the standard verification period remains 1 calendar month.

Service details:

✔ Monthly fee – 100 EUR (excluding VAT)
✔ Includes priority verification of up to 20 declarations within 3 business days
✔ If more than 20 declarations are submitted in a month, an additional fee of 5 EUR (excluding VAT) will apply for each extra declaration, invoiced after the month ends
✔ Unused declaration quota is not carried over to the next month
✔ The service is valid for 1 month from the date of payment (subscription-based)

Ordering and payment procedure:

To order the service, please contact us by email at [email protected]. You will be issued a pro-forma invoice. The service will start the next business day after the payment for the invoice is received.

A week before the end of the service period, you will receive a reminder along with a pro-forma invoice for the following month. Upon payment, the service will be extended for another month. If payment is not made, the service will be automatically terminated.
