REGARDING TRADE IN FSC AND ENPLUS CERTIFIED PRODUCTS AT THE EXCHANGE

The biomass exchange operator BALTPOOL UAB (hereinafter the Operator), with consideration of the development trends of the biomass market in the direction of biomass sustainability and of the requests regarding the trade in certified biomass products at the exchange received from participants, plans to implement the following currently most popular biomass certificates at the exchange in the near future:

• FSC, including FSC Controlled Wood: for woodchips and wood pellet products;
• ENplus: for wood pellet products.

We are hereby providing to participants the draft versions of amendments to the respective exchange documents for familiarisation and providing comments. Please e-mail your comments and proposals (if you have any) by 27 March 2019 to [email protected].
